	The piece de Resistance of Auberge Seraphine is an innovative restaurant. Its imaginative menu offers, Caribbean, French and Continental specialties. The restaurant has a well stocked bar, our specialty being our extensive quality wine cellar.
One of the hotels many features includes a conference room, with state of the art audio visual equipment, comfortable traditional furniture in air conditioned surroundings and can seat 40 persons. We also cater for business and conference dining.
